Why Load Manager?

In recent years, ACMEI has experienced significant growth, with a remarkable increase in revenue and an expansion of its retail outlets.

This expansion required a corporate reorganization based on technological innovation and efficient resource management.

Some logistics flows were outsourced to handle the increased workload. However, at the main regional hubs, vehicle arrivals were still chaotic and inefficient, causing:

  • Long queues and waiting times at warehouse entrances;
  • Unpredictable workload fluctuations;
  • Difficulties in planning unloading activities.

From the very beginning, Load Manager met the client’s needs thanks to its extreme flexibility and ability to adapt to any context.


These features allowed ACMEI to::

  • Customize the booking system interface by integrating specific icons to distinguish each handling unit, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders;
  • Create an interactive graphical map of all facilities, including those not available by default in Load Manager at the time of booking

The communication process with transporters has also been significantly improved. Before adopting Load Manager, unloading appointments were scheduled exclusively via phone, email, and messages, leading to:

  • Communication line overload;
  • Redundant and fragmented information;
  • Requests being received 24/7.
